The first Gib's Bagel Shop opened in August 1994 at the corner of Drake and Shields in the Raintree Plaza.

To better serve all of Fort Collins two more locations have opened in the last 10 years. One is just south of the intersection of Harmony and Lemay in the Oakridge Center and another at the corner of College and Harvard.

Three locations and many other outlets throughout Fort Collins and northern Colorado help Gib's to remain the *Favorite Bagel in Fort Collins.

*Voted Best Bagel by The Fort Collins Coloradoan and The Rocky Mountain Collegian for so many years that it's hard to keep track..but we think it's close to ten!
