For over 23 years, Spoons has been dishing up delicious scratch-made soups to the Fort Collins community.
In 2021, when Spoons founder Tom Stoner was ready to sail into the sunset and pass the torch, Gib's Bagels owners Mike Howland and Rachel Yendra were excited to continue the legacy of Spoons, and hit the ground running bringing the local offerings together for both the Gib's and Spoons Families. With stand alone locations and now three combination units, as well as over 50 years of combined experience bringing delicious, from-scratch food to Northern Colorado, you will be sure to find your familiar favorites.
